I am not a big review writer at all, however in this case I am compelled to get our experience out there with Seasons Catering. I also want you to know that prior to engaging Kellie and Seasons, I did not know them at all. We were looking for a caterer to help create a magical evening for our son’s rehearsal dinner. I looked at several catering websites and Seasons was one of them. Even their website is very professional and I remember thinking…. If they can live to the hype that they claim in this video, they are the right choice. It turns out in hindsight that they exceeded those early expectations. After speaking with Kellie initially, I remember getting off the phone thinking “these folks get it!, they are the one”.

Everything in the planning stage was so well done. Kellie was all about creating what we wanted, not what was easier for them. She was incredible with her attention to detail on all points and helped create a perfect plan to make the evening special. Her prices were very fair and the selection was incredible. She was so easy to work with and was flexible to whatever we needed. Through the whole experience, nothing was ever a problem for Seasons.

The event was a hit. We utilized many of Seasons services including their sister company who creates incredible ice sculptures. Here is the most important part. All of the key points that you want in a caterer for me rates at 15 on a scale of 1-10. The food selection was marvelous. There is nothing that you could think of they don’t have and they rocked it. The food was so delicious. Even the next day at the wedding I had several guests remark how good everything was. Seasons goes to great lengths to present the food beautifully. On the day of the event, we had to deal with spring weather in the Bluegrass and had to change the whole set up. Not an issue for Seasons! They reworked the buffet line and it was just right. Chef Michael and his team were on point every step of the way. Obviously, the service has to be right and it is one of the many things that Kellie insures is on point. Her entire team was attentive, friendly and always present to take care our guests. The guests that gathered at the bar did not want to leave largely in part to the two bartenders working the event. Their wonderful personalities added to the ambiance of the evening. Again, everything was on point from start to finish. First-class.

The whole Seasons experience is in large part to their leader Kellie. I so appreciate a person who goes the extra mile. She goes further than that. She is always out ahead of you making sure all that is important to you is well executed. Kellie made several site visits to our venue including setting up the bar herself the night before even though I had taken that part out of the plan. She knew that I would have my hands full and she wanted it done right, so she came over on her own time and did it. After the party, I insisted she put that charge back on the bill because I was so grateful she knew what to do. I was so impressed and grateful for her level of commitment. She is one of the most positive, no drama people I have ever met and that again was consistent the whole way through. Here is the last thing I will say. In my opinion, you need not look any further. This is your caterer, not only for the event you are planning but for the future too. They will earn your business. If for any reason you are still up in the air, please get my number from Kellie and call me. This review is already too long but there is so much more to tell and I would gladly do that for Seasons. This is your team, you will be very happy.
