Chicken & Dumplings

Sold in a quantity of 12 servings, this Kentucky proud chicken and dumplings is exactly as you would expect (only maybe better). Our process required two days of prep, so 48-hour notice is required for this dish. First, we slow simmer pulled breast of chicken for nearly an entire day before adding our hand-rolled dumplings, along with other traditional seasonings. Served with salad, your choice of dressing and hand-cut fresh fruit. Also includes one slice of cornbread per person.
